At Preventative Aging & Wellness Institute, we will tailor a program specifically designed to fit your needs as we do not have a “one size fits all” approach. Comprehensive blood tests will be ordered on an individualized basis to help assess which of your hormones needs to be balanced or modulated. Tests are formulated based on lab work, symptoms, and the patient's goals. We will be happy to give you a reasonable estimate and a range of pricing at that point based on the services considered once you have been evaluated and diagnosed.

Primary Panel Testing

The first step of any program is to get a full panel of lab work before seeing a physician. We offer three types of lab panels depending on your needs or goals. The primary panel includes the minimum amount of lab panels the physician requires to be able to provide quality service. The basic primary panel includes:

Advanced Lab Panel Testing

We also offer an Advanced Lab Panel which includes additional lab tests that gives the physician deeper insight into your case and provides for a more well rounded consultation. The advanced lab panel includes all of the lab tests in the basic panel plus:

• Vitamin D
• Free T3
• Free T4
• Reverse T3
• IGF-1
• TSH

Comprehensive Panel Testing

Preventative Aging & Wellness offers a more comprehensive lab panel which includes all of the above labs/saliva testing. 24 hour urinary hormone profiles are available upon request. These are for patients who are taking a progressive approach and would like to have a few more specialized tests performed that could help enhance their overall health. This panel includes:

• Cardiac Specific CRP
• Cardiac Specific Homocysteine
• Hemaglobin A 1c
• Vitamin B12

Assessment/Consult Fees

After receiving your results, we will schedule your initial consultation, at which time we will review your past medical history, family history, present symptoms, nutritional intake, and your lab results. We will then be able to set up a treatment plan and start therapy based on your individualized diagnosis. Your initial 1 hour consult fee is $295 and may vary depending on how complex your history and results are. Once you qualify for a program, the cost will depend on the medications required and on the dosages prescribed which will vary from patient to patient. Once treatment is started, appropriate follow-up testing is ordered and a second visit is scheduled to discuss patient’s progress. We then monitor improvements quarterly until symptoms are resolved and optimal levels are reached. Once established, we will schedule visits once or twice per year with testing. Hormone levels are constantly changing. Therefore, it is important to continually monitor them to reach and maintain optimal levels.
